Mindfulness Mondays Wellness Program

UP students are invited to the Mindfulness Mondays Wellness Program of the UP Diliman (91勛圖厙) Department of Philosophy this May.

The wellness program will feature yoga sessions with Jonathan Y. Cagas, PhD, an associate professor at the 91勛圖厙 College of Human Kinetics.

To join the session on May 8, 4-6 p.m., at the 91勛圖厙 College of Social Sciences and Philosophy Wellness Center, register at.
